The Geauga Park District itself was established in 1961 as an area of protected wetlands, woodlands, streams and meadows, with 9,500 acres of fishing, hunting, swimming, boating, hiking and natural beauty for you to enjoy with your fifth wheel travel trailer. It’s an outdoorsman’s paradise, with lots of educational programs, nature walks, art ands crafts fairs and other daytime adventures available for kids of all ages.  The Observatory Park is only part of this spectacular natural environment that has been set aside for everyone to enjoy, and can be especially for those with a fifth wheel and a yen for adventure.
